Our mission is to provide a fundamental foundation for young athletes in the Renton community. Our Football program is available to children ages 7 - 14 and Cheerleaders ages 5 - 15 yrs. Old.

The Benson Bruins Jr. Football and Cheer program

promotes positive youth development and addresses the importance of proper technique, skill development, team work, health, and safety.

More importantly, we take pride in providing each member the ability to develop the skills and opportunities needed to succeed in sports and beyond. Our dedicated staff is composed of volunteers that consistently delivers care and interest in the success of our kids, both on

And off the field.

We believe that although winning a trophy is a great feeling, it isn’t the only reason we participate. Proof of our success isn’t in the metal and wood, it’s in our hearts, and the confidence in the eyes of our children.

Important Dates

July 31st - Mandatory League Coaches Clinic -@ Kent Meridian High 12:30 P.M. Sorry we are unable to issue gear on this day. First gear issue will be on Aug. 2nd.

August 2nd - 1st Day of Football Practice - Phillip Arnold Park: 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm. If you haven’t signed up yet, we are accepting new players and volunteer applications. Please arrive early.

August 3rd - 1st Day of Cheer Practice - Phillip Arnold Park: 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm. If you haven’t signed up yet, we are accepting new players and volunteer applications. Please arrive early.
